What to expect on your first visit to us
A warm welcome awaits you, the kettle is always on.
As our existing members are weighing, we invite you to grab a cuppa, have a look around our studio, helping yourself to information and any recipes you may like and buying from our shop should you wish to.
When the meetings starts (30 minutes after the session start time) you'll be invited to sit and experience our Zest Connect meeting
Once the meeting ends and our existing members leave, we'll dedicate a quiet 30 minutes to you, allowing us to talk you through our eating pans, and explaining to you how our subscriptions work and anything else you wish to ask us.
Please allow 90 minutes on your first visit.
